Returning a Product

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.
If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

For products where hygiene is important, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process can begin.

Only manufacturing defects are covered under our return policy.

How to Start the Return Process

Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Address
Returns must be sent to Asia.
Shipping costs start at $25 and are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

If the same issue occurs with the replacement, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time they are placed due to our automated processing system.
