During this initial period, orders typically have not yet entered the processing phase, making cancellation possible.

Orders Already in Processing

After the 12-hour cancellation window, your order may already be:

  • Processed

  • Packed

  • Preparing for shipment

  • Shipped or transferred to the courier

Once your order has reached any of these stages, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

In such cases, we kindly ask that you wait until your order has been delivered. You may then begin a return request in accordance with our return policy.
